- Do I need any experience to start?
- No. The programme is built around gym training, but every exercise has a swap for an easier version — so if you're not ready for a barbell movement, you'll get a bodyweight or dumbbell alternative that builds the same strength. You can start from day one and progress at your own pace.
- Do I need a gym membership?
- Yes — the programme is built for gym training. You'll need access to standard gym equipment like barbells, dumbbells, and a rack. Exercise swaps cover situations where you can't access a specific piece of kit.
- How is this different from personal training?
- With in-person PT, the coach is with you every session. Train with Me is online — you train independently, at your own gym, on your own schedule. Same programming standard, without the studio sessions or the PT price.
- What app do I use?
- All workouts are delivered through Everfit, available on iPhone and Android. When you subscribe, you'll get an invite link to create your account — the programme is there, ready to start.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. No cancellation fees, no penalty. Your access runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
